派發入學申請表安排：Arrangements for the distribution of application forms:

派發入學申請表日期：Date of distribution of application form:
  • 2021年9月1日（星期三）起/From September 1, 2021 (Wednesday)
  • 辦工時間：星期一至星期五：上午9點至下午5點，星期六：上午9點至下午1點
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm
收取入學申請表日期：Date of receipt of application form:
  • 日　期：2021年9月1日(星期三)開始/Date: Start on September 1, 2021 (Wednesday)
  • 辦工時間：星期一至五(上午九時至下午五時正)
                   星期六(上午九時至下午一時正)
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
                   Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • 方　法：親臨本校遞交，請將入學申請表連同下列證件交回本校：(１)出世紙副本一張  (２)針咭副本一張 (３)半身相兩張  (４)寫上地址及貼上郵票之回郵信封兩個 （報名時亦請帶備出世紙及針咭正本以作查核）
  • Method: Submit in person at our school. Please return the admission application form together with the following documents to our school: (1) One copy of the birth certificate (2) One copy of the immunisation record (3) Two photos (4) Two return envelopes with address and stamp (please bring the birth certificate and the original immunisation record for verification when registering)

面見安排：Interview arrangement:
  • 面見機會：全部申請者皆獲面試機會/Interview opportunity: all applicants will be interviewed
  • 日　期　：遞交入學申請表後作再安排/Date : Arrangement will be made after submitting the application form
  • 面見形式：由家長陪同/Form of interview: accompanied by parents
  • 非華語兒童面見安排：在面見時，學校可按需要為非華語兒童家長安排傳譯及/或翻譯服務/Interview arrangements for non-Chinese speaking children: During the interview, the school can arrange interpretation and/or translation services for parents of non-Chinese speaking children as needed
  • 學校為非華語兒童的支援措施：學校已有專業訓練非華語老師支援非華語兒童學習，如非華語兒童家長有任何查詢，可致電學校號碼(2471 6461)及電郵至(fairpark@biznetvigator.com)作查詢/The school’s support measures for non-Chinese speaking children ：the school has professionally trained non-Chinese speaking teachers to support the learning of non-Chinese speaking children.   • 父/母為本校教職員/Parents are the faculty of the school
  • 父/母或兄/姊為本校畢業生/Father/mother or brother/sister are graduates of this school
  • 面見表現/Interview performance
  • 其他因素：居住地址與本校屬同區/Other factors: The residential address is in the same district as the school
  • 全日班：優先考慮需要這類服務的家庭（例如：雙職家庭），以及基於特殊情況需要全日制/長全日制班服務的家庭（例如：須在家照顧殘疾人士的家庭）。
  • Whole-Day classes: school give due priority to families that require the services (such as those with working parents) and those having genuine need for WD/LWD services due to their special circumstances (such as families which need to take care of persons with disability at home).
通知學位申請結果及安排：Notification of application results and arrangements:
  • 日期：2021年12月17日前幼稚園通知家長K1學位申請結果
  • Date: KGs inform parents of the application result before 17 December 2021
獲取學位申請結果形式：Obtain the result form of application:
  • 正取生及備取生均會獲校方以郵寄方式通知結果/
  • Both students and reserve students will be notified of the results by post by the school

統一註冊日期：2022年1月6日至1月8日Unified registration date: January 6 to January 8, 2022

1. 如家長未能於「統一註冊日期」內向取錄其子女的幼稚園提交「註冊證」/「入學許可書」，該幼稚園或未能為其子女進行註冊。因此，家長須在指定日期內向教育局遞交「註冊證」的申請。
2. 如兒童於「統一註冊日期」後獲取錄，家長仍須以「註冊證」/「入學許可書」註冊。如家長在一所幼稚園註冊後打算為子女轉校，須到原先註冊的幼稚園取回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」。家長如由其原先註冊的幼稚園取回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」，即代表該幼稚園不會再為該兒童保留學位。一般來說，其原先註冊的幼稚園不會退還「註冊費」。

1. If parents cannot submit the RC/AP to the KG their child has been admitted to during the Centralised Registration Dates, the KG concerned may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application to the EDB within the designated period.
2. If a child is admitted after the Centralised Registration Dates, his/her parent is still required to submit the RC/AP for registration. If the parent intends to change school for his/her child after registering with a KG, he/she is required to get back the RC/AP from the KG with which he/she has registered. Upon getting back the RC/AP from a KG, the KG concerned will no longer reserve the place for the child. Normally, the registration fee paid to the KG with which the parent has registered will not be refunded.
